Order Status
Has my order shipped?
Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Go to the My Orders page to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?
At CeleBritAy, we do our very best to ensure that all of our products are in stock and ready for you. However, in order to provide you with the freshest products possible, we do not stock large volumes and back orders may occur.

If an item has become unavailable upon ordering you will receive an email with an expected replenishment date. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and get you your product as soon as possible.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes we will ship internationally to select countries.

International orders must be placed by calling 718-384-0914. Please have your complete order ready, along with your credit card information. Customer service is available for phone orders from Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time.
What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

Pricing and Billing
I’d prefer not to use a credit card online. Is there another way to place my order?
CeleBritAy also accepts payment via phone, check and money order. Select your desired items through our online catalog and proceed to checkout. Once at the checkout stage, choose to phone your credit card information separately. Please be advised there is a $39.00 charge for any bounced check.

For check or money orders, your order will be shipped once payment has been received and cleared. Choose this method of payment during checkout online then mail your check or money order to us at the address above. For security reasons, do not e-mail your credit card information to us.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.
I have a question on my charges.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

Does CeleBritAy believe in animal testing?
WE DO NOT. All the ingredients that CeleBritAy uses are natural and organic and NEVER tested on animals. We hold our suppliers to the same strict standards. Most of our product lines are VEGAN with the exception of organic milk, beeswax, and/or honey.
How “green” is CeleBritAy?
CeleBritAy is 100% “GREEN”. We actively use recycled packaging, use sterilized yogurt containers to house our soy candles and use recycled glass from Spain to bottle our goods whenever possible.
Where do these products come from?
All CeleBritAy’s natural and organic products are made in our Brooklyn laboratory. We use raw natural & organic resources to make our products and work hard to understand its suppliers’ sources to make sure that the final product is as pure as possible.
How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?

How do I navigate the site?
To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You’ll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a “hand”. Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an “arrow”. You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart, click the “View Cart” link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you’ll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

How do I create an account?
1) Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select “I am a new customer”.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How much is my shipping?

When will my order ship?

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Online Courses and Programs Online Courses and Programs we provide are delivered over an extended period of time (I.e. over a number of months) and may include downloadable content, live online events (E.g. Webinars), access to restricted member areas, interactive forums, and other content. These Courses and Programs are sold as a package and participation cannot be cancelled and no refunds are permitted once the Course content has been accessed or downloaded (partially or entirely) or the Program has commenced, whichever applies. Refunds Users may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase provided the User has not accessed or downloaded the Course content, or the Scheduled Program has not yet commenced, whichever applies.
