Returns and exchanges

Our return and exchange policy is for skincare products only. For services please contact our office.

How do I return an item?

For sanitary reasons, CeleBritAy cannot accept returns of opened and/or used products. Unopened or unused products may be returned for refund or exchanged for store credit towards other products within Fifteen (15) days of purchase. We will refund your initial shipping charges for the order but we do not reimburse for the return postage. Returned products must be accompanied with a receipt and reason for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Goods:

Always inspect your package as soon as possible after it is received. If items are damaged or defective, you MUST report to CeleBritAy within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packing materials and damaged products for return or inspection of damage. We will arrange for the replacement of the damaged product as soon as possible after damage is reported and verified.


CeleBritAy respects those who visit our site and take an interest in our products or services. Accordingly, we will not disclose, share, sell, lease, or otherwise divulge any personal information we collect about our customers for any reason, unless required to do so by law. We are happy to send you news or sales information from time to time if you are on our mailing list, but if you do not wish to receive news or offers from us, please contact us and we will be sure to remove you from our mailings immediately.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Online Courses and Programs Online Courses and Programs we provide are delivered over an extended period of time (I.e. over a number of months) and may include downloadable content, live online events (E.g. Webinars), access to restricted member areas, interactive forums, and other content. These Courses and Programs are sold as a package and participation cannot be cancelled and no refunds are permitted once the Course content has been accessed or downloaded (partially or entirely) or the Program has commenced, whichever applies. Refunds Users may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase provided the User has not accessed or downloaded the Course content, or the Scheduled Program has not yet commenced, whichever applies.
